Introduction

Qorus's Freshdesk Access application allows easy access to Freshdesk data using Freshworks' cloud APIs to read, write, update, and also delete data.

By authorizing your Qorus instance to access your Freshdesk instance, you enable any configuration or code in Qorus to have full access to your Freshdesk data.

Note that Qore Technologies' cloud services are used during authorization code flow to communicate in turn with the Freshworks API to acquire access tokens to enable your Qorus instance to communicate with Freshdesk directly. These services use data encryption and do not store or log sensitive information during the authentication code flow.
