Introduction

Qorus's Salesforce application allows easy access to Salesforce data using Salesforce's cloud APIs to read, write, update, and also delete Salesforce data.

By authorizing your Qorus instance to access your Salesforce instance, you enable any configuration or code in Qorus to have full access to your Salesforce data.

Note that Qore Technologies' cloud services are used during authorization code flow to communicate in turn with the Salesforce API to acquire access tokens to enable your Qorus instance to communicate with Salesforce directly. These services use data encryption and do not store or log sensitive information during the authentication code flow.
