Introduction

Qorus’s Google Meet application integrates with Google Meet using Google’s APIs to read meeting spaces, participants, recordings, and transcripts for automation and reporting.

By authorizing your Qorus instance to access Google Meet, you enable automations to list and inspect conferences, read participant attendance and durations (where available), monitor when conferences end, and react when recordings or transcripts are created. Integrations can also locate the associated files in Drive for downstream workflows.

Note that Qore Technologies' cloud services are used during authorization code flow to communicate in turn with the Google Cloud API to acquire access tokens so your Qorus instance can communicate with Google directly. These services use data encryption and do not store or log sensitive information during the authentication code flow.
