Introduction

Qorus’s Google Docs application integrates with Google Docs using Google’s APIs to create, update, and manage documents for automated collaboration workflows.

By authorizing your Qorus instance to access Google Docs, you enable automations to create documents from text or templates, append formatted text, upload and convert files to Google Docs, search and retrieve documents with metadata and content, export to multiple formats, manage sharing, and trigger workflows when new documents are created.

Note that Qore Technologies' cloud services are used during authorization code flow to communicate in turn with the Google Cloud API to acquire access tokens so your Qorus instance can communicate with Google directly. These services use data encryption and do not store or log sensitive information during the authentication code flow.
