Qorus status information service

This service provides many methods for retrieving information about Qorus configuration and data.

This service is used heavily by the Qorus client programs to provide information about metadata and order data status.

Some methods interface directly with the Qorus server to provide the most up-to-date information possible without having to go first to the database.
