Senior Sales Director

The Qore Technologies executive team is looking for a Senior Sales Director to join us in Prague, CZ. In this role, you’ll report directly to the CEO of this ISV in a growth phase. You will be responsible for building the sales and marketing team and guiding strategy for B2B sales to large enterprises as well as supporting Qore Technologies' cloud and iPaaS initiatives and marketing strategies. Target industries will include telecommunications, finance, logistics in digital transformation projects; other industries will be targeted in in subsequent phases. You will develop an understanding of our customers’ needs and provide input to product management teams to ensure that Qore Technologies becomes a market leader in the enterprise integration market segment. Developing partnerships with global systems integrators to maximize growth and revenue will be an important part of your daily activities also.

Primary job responsibilities

    • Lead Qore Technologies’ sales and marketing team to develop targeted vertical industries
    • Develop the partner strategy with global system integrators and other strategic partners as resellers
    • Build a world-class indirect sales networkBuild a world-class indirect sales network
    • Establish account management leadership to manage large accounts with excellence, delivering on customer success and growing strategic relationships
    • Provide industry context to map our platform and solutions to serve as the enabler of business services innovation to guide customers’ digital transformation agenda, currently with on-prem solutions but eventually covering cloud/iPaaS and hybrid solutions
    • Define and guide global account management strategy
    • Collaborate with product development and PBS (Professional Business Support) teams to ensure that current and future customer needs are met by our products and solutions
    • Collaborate with our services team to tailor industry specific consulting and training

Required skills

    • 10+ years in a leadership / management role leading high performance front office teams engaged in commercial B2B activities
    • Exceptional business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to apply strategic and quantitative approach to engage business leaders on business terms and deliver business solutions
    • High level of integrity that inspires trust and confidence in customers, partners, and colleagues alike
    • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with excellent presentation skills
    • Solid customer focus and passion for growth
    • Ability to deliver multiple priority projects with high customer satisfaction in a rapidly changing environment
    • Demonstrated ability to create, build, sustain, and improve high-performing teams with the ability to empower your team, present an overarching vision, and maintain extremely high standards of delivery
    • Ability to understand complex technical issues at a mid/high level
    • Ability to achieve individual objectives while working collaboratively with other leaders for mutual success
    • University degree required
    • Czech Language is a plus but not a priority
    • Preferred location would be our HQ in Prague, however working remotely and/or from other EU cities is an option
